Chairman of the Board

H. Cahit Çınar graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations in 1988 and attended the Ludwig-Maximillians University of Munich between 1989 and 1990. Çınar, who started working as an Assistant Economics Specialist at the Economic Research Department of Türkiye İş Bankası AŞ in 1991 and became an Assistant Inspector at The Board of Inspectors in 1992, was appointed as Assistant Manager at the Commercial Credits Department in 2001. Having become the Regional Manager in 2007, the Commercial Credits Underwriting Department Manager in 2010 and the Güneşli Corporate Branch Manager in 2013, Çınar was appointed as the General Manager of İşbank AG on March 25, 2016. Çınar, who was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Türkiye İş Bankası on October 5, 2018 and served in this position until December 27, 2023, was appointed as the General Manager of Trakya Yatırım Holding AŞ on the same date. Currently serving as the General Manager and Board Member at Trakya Yatırım Holding AŞ, H. Cahit Çınar also serves as the Chairman of the Board of İş Enerji Yatırımları AŞ, Maxi Digital GmbH and Jourma GmbH, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları AŞ and Polat Enerji Yatırımları AŞ, and the Board Member of Is Energy Investments BV, Mimas Solarpark KFT and TİBAŞ 100th Year Foundation.
