Soma WPP
The Soma WPP project, located within the borders of Manisa province, was provisionally accepted and put into operation in 2009. Soma RES, Turkey's largest operational wind power plant, consists of 185 turbines and has an installed capacity of 328.9 MW. The plant reduces CO2e emissions by approximately 600,000 tons per year.
